This era belongs to the mobile internet information.In China,Wechat has become an indispensable application for every smart phone.People's time was divided into pieces,and this had provided a chace to WeChat marketing,and in turn,in 2013,Wechat became popular among people.But till now,there were too many new industries entering this field,and it brought new problems-for example,crisis of confidence,poor quality of products,bad after-sale protection,and lack of legal supervision...all resulted in the bottleneck of Wechat merchants in 2015.Cosmetics company R was a company which took advantages of a Wechat marketing model,but stuck in a bottleneck recently.For this reason,this paper would analyse the example of cosmetics company R.This research including analysis of the status qua,the feature of Wechat merchants and the present situation of R company and got the conclusion that there were two main problems in the development of Wechat merchants:the inner part and the exterior part.The exterior problem was the unhealthy marketing environment and poor technology,and the inner problem is the vague orientation to the customers and the lack of promotion and sales.So this paper would give the proposals in the marketing system management optimization,resolution of obstacle and cultural marketing,hoping that R company and other companies could take it for reference.
