Land resources, which can be used by human beings under certain economic and technological conditions, not only have the general nature of natural resources which support the survival and development of human beings, and also have economic properties, are the basic elements of the modern social and economic development.Limited to the scarcity and monopolization of land resources themselves, the scale and intensity of the exploitation and utilization of land resources are further deepened with the demand of population pressure and economic development. As a big agricultural country, rural land in China has played an important role in the establishment and development of the country. But with the change of agricultural land policy and system, and the rapid urbanization construction, rural land has not only been the source of agricultural production, but its value is more reflected in the promotion of economy as a capital factor.Meanwhile,it is also led more and more relevant subjects strive to get the benefits from rural land.Under the influence of macro factors, great changes have taken place in the ownership, utilization and value embodiment of rural land.Farmers' own interests and decision-making motivation, which as the main economic and social activity unit of rural areas, are the key factors to resolve the conflict of rural land conflict. Therefore,it will be helpful to construct the related mechanisms from the two levels of prevention and solution through the farmer's perspective of the rural land conflict management. In this paper, the Dimen village of Qian Dong Nan in Gui Zhou province is taken as the research area, and investigated with quantitative and qualitative researches, which based on literature review.Through the empirical research method, questionnaire survey method and semi structural interview method,to collect and analysis the scale degree, development process, nature, dissolving mode and final impact of land conflict by the perspective of farmers.Through the questionnaire survey,it is found that the proportion of land conflicts among local farmers is 36%,and the types of land conflict mainly include three types of forest conflict, arable land conflict and homestead conflict. The main reason for causing land conflicts is mainly due to the difference of land interests of the relevant subjects, and the proportion has reached 63%.In the way of solving the land conflict, the local farmers mainly deal with the private negotiations between the two sides or through the intervention of the informal authority of the village. At the same time, the land conflict has caused the deterioration of the relations between the parties to a great extent and the normal lifeof the farmers.Based on the analysis of farmers' land conflict correlation factors,it is found that the higher the household income is,the lower the probability of land conflict is.At the same time, whether land ownership is clear, whether it is expropriated or not has different effects on the occurrence of land conflicts. In the field of land conflict resolution, the type, impact, solution ways of land conflict, are three aspects which farmers deal with.Through the interview of key farmers, make a deep understand of the nature of local land conflict by the farmers' perspective. On the basis of the analysis of the interests target, power status and behavior of the related subjects in the case of land conflict security, the logic of action behind the dissolving of land conflicts is obtained. Finally,it proposes to further improve the rural land conflict management from five aspects: strengthening the ownership of farmers' land ownership, giving full play to the traditional management of local communities, the positive role of understanding the active role of land conflict and the development of economy while safeguarding the rights and interests of farmers.
