The Financial Analysis And Solution Of YKS Based On Value Chain

In the upgrading era of global consumer and industrial products,consumers have undergone profound changes in their consumption concepts,structures and patterns,thus Cross-border e-commerce came into being.On the basis of traditional foreign trade,this industry utilizes the development achievements of information technology and mobile internet technologies to fully integrate online transactions,offline production,and warehouse logistics,to make a new way out for "Made in China".In recent years,the proportion of cross-border e-commerce import and export trade in foreign trade has rapidly increased,and domestic policy has also strengthened the support for the industry.In China,it is mainly distributed in the Pearl River Delta,Yangtze River Delta,East China and North China.This paper selects YKS Ltd in Shenzhen,as YKS leading the scale of revenue in the second echelon of cross-border e-commerce.Base on YKS,it constructed a financial analysis model based on the value chain.This paper uses financial indicators and non-financial indicators to comprehensively evaluate the operating results of YKS and their competitors,identify their value chain links with key competitive advantages,and propose suggestions for optimization of the value chain,in the hope of serving as the colleague,or other stakeholders for decision making.This paper consists of four chapters.The first chapter mainly introduces the basis for the topic selection,the framework,the contributions and deficiencies.Chapter 2 is a review of relevant theories.It mainly introduces the value chain theory,and the advantages of the financial analysis based on the value chain.The third chapter constructs the financial analysis system of value chain,mainly expounds the theoretical system of index selection and model construction;Chapter IV discusses the case of financial analysis of value chain.The relevant conclusions were drawn and some suggestions were made.Through the research and analysis of this paper,we can see that the cross-border e-commerce industry where YKS are located faces challenges while facing major development opportunities.Only companies that have played the role of financial analysis in supporting the strategic decision-making can make full use of their core competitive advantages,and remain invincible in the competition.
