In the field of management and organization,team conflict refers to a process caused by the opposition or disagreement between the team members in terms of goals,ideas,values,emotions and interests.Modern team conflict theory has shown that different types of conflict have different effects on team performance.And,the impact of task conflict on team innovation is still controversial.This study discusses the entrepreneurial team conflict,then proves that the task conflict has a significant effect in promoting the team ambidexterity through empirical research.The current research on entrepreneurial team conflict focuses on the direct impact of team conflict on team ambidexterity.But in-depth study of the intermediary variables between team conflict and team ambidexterity is neglected.Based on the theory of social information processing,this study raises several hypotheses on the mediating role of team behavioral integration between team conflict and team ambidexterity relationship,uses questionnaire to collect the data,and then tests them by statistical analysis method.On one hand,this study enriches team conflict's impact on team innovation.On the other hand,it also provides some valuable advice to the entrepreneurial teams.The study result shows that all of three dimensions of behavioral integration have significant full mediating role between relationship conflict and team ambidexterity.The results of the study are summarized as follows:1.Task conflict has a significant positive impact on team ambidexterity.2.Relationship conflict has a significant negative impact on team ambidexterity.3.Entrepreneurial team behavioral integration has a significant positive impact on team ambidexterity.4.The cooperative behavior,information exchange and joint decision-making have a significant full mediating effect on the relationship between team conflict and team ambidexterity.5.Team innovative climate significantly enhance the positive impact of task conflict on team ambidexterity.6.Team size and team age have significant positive impact on team ambidexterity.
