Research On The Strategic Management Of JS Bank

After the financial crisis,the banking industry in our country is in urgent need of transformation and development.As a booster for the local economic development,regional joint-stock commercial banks also actively formulate the development strategy to meet the challenges.JS Bank,as a large financial provincial company of Shanxi Province,has achieved a "gorgeous transformation" since its establishment,and its development strategy has played an important role in its own development and provincial economic development.Meanwhile,as a regional joint-stock commercial bank which is located at a province in the central region,a strategic management research of JS bank redound to enrich and supplement the research theory in this field.Based on the theory and method of enterprise strategic management,this paper analyzes the current situation of JS bank development and the internal and external development environment.By using the SWOT analysis,it analyzes the development strategy of JS bank,puts forward the basic strategy for the future development of JS bank,and expounds the corresponding implementation and safeguard measures.The main conclusions are as follows:the strategic positioning of JS bank is to make deep ploughing of Shanxi market,to serve local economy,small and medium-sized enterprises,urban residents,and internet users.The strategic goal is to serve and boost the economic development of Shanxi,to build the core competitiveness,and to become an excellent regional listed bank with scientific mechanism,distinctive features,sufficient risk-control and perfect function.The corresponding implementation steps include five aspects:adjusting organizational structure,promoting business transformation,building process bank,improving service system and speeding up channel construction.The safeguard measures include four aspects:the supplement of the capital resource gap,the perfection of serving system,the improvement of the risk-management system,and the strengthening of the information-system building.
