| In the family of modern enterprise management system,the remuneration system is an indispensable and important part.At the employee level,the remuneration system directly relates to the enthusiasm and creativity of the company’s employees.At the corporate level,the remuneration system is directly related to the business performance,market competition,and post-development of the company.Therefore,the scientific and reasonable salary system design provides enterprises with an effective means for the selection,use,education,and retention of the talents.It is also an important part of the company’s human resources strategy,and it is an urgent task that must be completed in the survival,competition,and development of the company.This article takes the optimization design of the H company’s compensation system as its overall goals.From the macro background of the industry in which the company is located,it thoroughly studies the relevant methods and theories of the salary system design and the remuneration.It uses questionnaires and interviews to collect data,analyzes the company’s compensation status and finds out the existing problems.On this basis,the general principles and objectives of the company’s compensation system optimization design are studied.Scientific and rational job analysis and job evaluation methods are used to design the company’s position sequence and pay grade,and then the company’s compensation system is redesigned.Finally,the safeguard measures for the implementation of the optimized compensation system are proposed,and corresponding conclusions are obtained.By studying the optimization design of the company’s compensation system in this paper,it aims to design a compensation system that can improve employee satisfaction and corporate competitiveness.It also solves the employee’s compensation conflicts and the employee-leaving problem of the company,thereby improving the level of compensation management.This article will have reference to the compensation system designing for other private enterprise in the auto industry. |
