Under the environment of accelerated economic development,the scope and scale of the company's business are expanding.Due to the rapid development of the company,the number and quality of existing personnel are increasingly unable to support the development of the company.The competitiveness of the same industry is increasingly reflected in the ability of companies to retain and attract personnel.The loss of existing employees has slowed down the company's development on the one hand and affected the company's image on the other.In recent years,Yunnan is a key year for the rapid development of the expressway industry.The flow of people is a problem facing the industry at this stage.The continuous loss of employees,the lack of loyalty to the company,and the lack of active work attitude are the important factors that restrict the development of the expressway in Yunnan.This paper conducts research on the basis of asking questions,analyzing problems,and solving problems.The state-owned transport infrastructure company SG is selected as the specific research object.The SG company's management positions in recent years and the turnover rate of employees in production positions have been increasing year by year.At the point of entry,we have earnestly studied the research results of domestic and foreign scholars,the theory of core employees,and the theory of employee turnover.We introduced the company SG from four aspects: the company's basic situation,organizational structure,human resources,and employee turnover.The status and characteristics of SG's employee turnover;through the core employee turnover interview and employee satisfaction questionnaire survey,the reasons for the high churn rate of SG's employees were analyzed,with emphasis on the external environment,internal factors,and the core employees' own thinking.The adverse influence caused by the departure concept;at the same time,according to the actual situation of SG company and relevant rules and regulations,under the premise of conditions permitting,the core employee retention strategy is proposed,suggesting that managers change the traditional management concepts and functions,firmly grasp the Employees enter the channel and use it flexibly Mechanisms,as far as possible open staff rising channel,and loss of key employees to build early warning system.
