Research On Agile R&D Of Service Products Under The Environment Of Big Data

In recent years,with the rapid development of big data technology and the widespread rise of cloud service models in domestic and foreign market,the traditional software companies are investing in new cloud service products under fierce market competition.So,the cloud service product development model based on big data it has always been the focus of the industry.Based on the R&D project B for new product which participated by the author,this thesis studies the software development model for cloud service product based on big data and the specific application strategy of the model are given.Firstly,this thesis studies four major types of software development theories,and introduces the characteristics and advantages and disadvantages of each development method with contrast summary.After analyzing the customer needs of big data and cloud service products,this thesis discusses the new product features brought by the combination of the two and proposes the new agile software development framework CE-Scrum for cloud service products based on big data,and analyzes the improvement and uniqueness of CE-Scrum over other agile development models.In this thesis,based on the background of the new product R&D project of cloud service based on big data that the author actually participates in,this thesis analyzes and summarizes the problems and defects in current R&D mode by analyzing the flow of R&D of new products in current department,and find the root causes of the problem.Through the application of CE-Scrum Agile software development model in the project,from the perspective of R&D project management,this thesis focuses on the R&D process from traditional R&D process to CE-Scrum process in the project initiation,planning,execution and final stages with management framework and technical tools.Finally,it analyzes the known problems which reflected in the current stage of project monitoring,and the follow-up improvement measures are given.According to the performance of the project,it shows that in the process of R&D of new products of cloud service based on big data,through appropriate management methods,it can be transformed into CE-Scrum agile software development in a relatively short period of time,and it is more suitable for service product,it can greatly improve team efficiency,product quality and work morale,while avoiding the lack of project management and control in the traditional agile software development model.For domestic and foreign IT companies which turn into cloud services,CE-Scrum can be a higher promotion and reference value for their product development.
