Research On The Development Strategy Of Intra-City Platform Based On Mobile Internet Technology

In the "Internet +" national strategic implications for the real economy,traditional industries have been transformed and upgraded.The traditional intra-city freight faces the huge impact of “Internet + logistics”.In particular,in recent years,there have been numerous intra-city freight applications based on mobile Internet technology.a certain extent,They solved the problem of asymmetry freight information,the high rate of return without goods and the unclear prices.However,the intra-city freight industry is still in an early stage of development and the competition is very fierce.If we can discover the problems of the intra-city freight platform and find reasonable solutions to promote the development of intra-city freight industry,there’s great economic significance for China’s logistics industry.This paper firstly says intra-city freight platform based on mobile Internet technology can solve the pain points of traditional freight and have a good development prospect by comparing traditional freight.And then,this paper analyzed the problems and causes of the intra-city freight platform based on mobile Internet technology on the development process in detail through 58 Suyun case from four aspects of navigation route,service level,profit model,and policy supervision.According to the analysis reckons the main problem the intra-city freight platform typical of 58 Suyun has met are as below: inaccurate navigation directions,not standard services and unguaranteed service quality,unclear profit model and imperfect regulatory policy.At last,according to the problems and its reasons this paper put forwards some related solutions from the aspects of information technology enterprise,intra-city freight enterprise and the government.And this paper reckons information technology enterprise,intra-city freight platform enterprise and the government should make a cooperation to use their respective strengths to solve the problems.The information technology enterprise tries to solve the mobile localization technology problem.The intra-city freight platform enterprise tries to solve problems by improving services standard.And the government tries their best to create a better regulatory policy supervision system.It is suggested that the existing issues should be resolved from the aspects of mobile location technology,platform service management,profit model and policy supervision system.The creative points of this paper are the study content and the research perspectives.As for the creative point of research content,about the study of freight transport,few people have studied under the range of intra-city freight.This paper is to study the problems of intra-city freight platform based mobile internet technology on development process through 58 Suyun case.And as for the research perspectives,when studying the solutions,this paper proposes solutions not only from the standpoint of the information technology enterprise and the intra-city freight platform enterprise,but also in the side of government.Most of the formers only analyzed from one or two aspects.
