NJ West Suburb Park Project Financing Risk Management

In view of the current situation of financing project management and operation,especially all parts are in a relatively backward situation,it is difficult to introduce the concept of project financing risk management into enterprises.But this behavior is very necessary.Whether standing in the macro perspective or standing on the financing project supervision,it will guide the company managers to transform the management concept,and actively introduce the project financing risk management method.In this paper,through the analysis of the practice method of project financing risk management of domestic and foreign companies,domestic companies on management of project financing risk are summarized;"NJ west of the park project" as an example,introduced the method of risk management of item company financing,puts forward the effective path to the West of the park NJ project financing risk management,put forward the improvement measures of financing risk management implementation the west of the park project in NJ.First,this study describes the background and significance of domestic and foreign companies,the project financing risk were summarized;secondly,starting from the connotation of project financing,types,characteristics and other aspects,summarizes the types and the recognition method of project financing risk,and the simple main items of the project financing risk management theory.Based on this study are classified;then,from the project financing risk of domestic and international project financing risk on the present situation of domestic companies,put forward the feasible project financing risk analysis;finally,in "NJ West Suburb Park project" as an example,on the current situation,problems and reasons of project financing risk analysis,put forward the feasible project financing risk protection measures to further optimize the company's financing risk allocation strategy.
