| Along with the development of economy,the complication of market demand is keeping growing.The traditional supply chain management methods can’t keep up with the development trend after modern supply chain management methods arise such as green supply chain management etc.The widespread of green supply chain management methods in some industries has made it particularly important to take modern supply chain management on company management,increasing of company competitiveness and contribution of environmental protection.Enterprises should formulate related purchasing strategy under green supply chain management idea.And with the formulate and development of a series of procurement management optimization strategy,enterprise procurement management will be fruitful for example improved accuracy of purchasing strategy,procurement processes and improved supplier quality management effect,which finally supports comprehensive competitiveness of enterprises and contribution to environmental protection.Therefore,the research of green supply chain management is helpful to promote the sustainable development of the enterprises.In this context,this paper selects J company as the research object for green supply chain management research.Firstly,it expounds the theory of green supply chain management,analyzes the research status of green supply chain management at home and abroad,and summarizes the main viewpoints of modern green supply chain management theory.Then introduce the general situation of J company and the status quo of green supply chain management.According to the current actual work situation of the supply chain departments in the company’s operation,study and analyze the problems existing in the supply chain management of enterprises.According to the research,the implementation status of J company’s green supply chain is divided into four aspects:product design and material selection,supplier management,product production and packaging and transportation,and product recycling and processing.Correspondingly,the problems of J company’s green supply chain management are reflected in The team structure is unreasonable,the green procurement strategy is not fully implemented;the supplier evaluation system is not scientific;the green supply chain green implementation details are not specific;the ERP system is not fully applied.Finally,combined with the actual situation of J company,this paper proposes a procurement management strategy optimization plan including procurement process strategy optimization,supplier management strategy optimization,material management strategy optimization,procurement mode strategy optimization,and procurement management safeguard measures. |
