Study On Existing Problems And Countermeasures Of "Air Shop" E-commerce Poverty Alleviation Mode Operation In Tian'e County Of Guangxi

In recent years,the whole country has been actively promoting E-commerce poverty alleviation,and various regions have been actively innovating and promoting E-commerce poverty alleviation,resulting in many modes."Air Shop" refers to an E-commerce platform mode in which residents of urban communities place orders through WeChat "Air Shop"platform in urban communities.The first secretary of poverty-stricken villages and the village cadres purchase the spare agricultural products in the poverty-stricken families according to the orders,and then send them to the urban communities.In order to broaden the sales channels of superior agricultural products in poverty-stricken areas,Tian'e County actively explored the E-commerce poverty alleviation mode suitable for local development combined with local characteristics..Whether the "Air Shop" E-commerce platform mode is suitable for the development of Tian'e County or not and how to operate has not been reported.This study takes Tian'e County as an example,choosing three poverty-stricken villages with different characteristics,and adopting methods such as field investigation,relevant data review and comparative analysis.Through a field survey of three poverty-stricken villages,it was found that the "Air Shop" operation requires that the poor households have a certain level of labor,and the leaders have rich experience in mass work and a high level of education.The demand for the original ecological agricultural products in the alpine region of urban community is the main driving force for the operation of "Air Shop".The "Air Shop" E-commerce poverty alleviation mode has the characteristics of diversified subjects of poverty alleviation,and this mode has expanded the people who participate in poverty alleviation to a certain extent.It innovatively created the new C2C(Countryside to City)mode,and brought obvious economic benefits to the poor households in a short time with application of science and technology,and this kind of mode has been widely recognized by all sectors of society.In the operation process of the "Air Shop" E-commerce poverty alleviation mode,there are still some problems,such as high requirements on infrastructure construction such as transportation and logistics network,products with no distinct features,lack of talents of E-commerce,and imperfect platform construction.These problems result in increasingly difficulties to the independent operation of the "Air Shop" E-commerce poverty alleviation mode.In view of the existing problems in the operation of the "Air Shop" E-commerce poverty alleviation mode;the corresponding countermeasures proposed are as follows:1.The local government should constantly improve the infrastructure support such as transportation and logistics network;2.Building local agricultural product brands with distinctive characteristics;3.Strengthening and perfecting online and offline "Air Shop" platform system.
