Guangxi Jiankai Property Company(referred to as Jiankai Property)was established in 2005 and is a professional property service company with national first-class property service qualifications.The company engaged in the property industry for more than 20 years,through quality services,effective management,a good image has won the owners and society’s high recognition,and contributed to the development of a harmonious society.However,there are some thorny problems in the process of development and growth of the company.For example,the high turnover rate of employees causes the company to consume many unnecessary human resources costs.This article analyzes the current situation of staff loss in jiankai property from different angles,finds out the reasons for the high rate of staff loss in jiankai property,and aims at the four types of employees with high rate of loss-security personnel,cleaning personnel,housekeepers,and engineers.From the four dimensions of wisdom,rational education,focus on employment,and sincerity,we designed a human resources management system to stabilize the workforce for Jiankai Property.In the program design process of stabilizing the workforce,it not only draws on the excellent human resources management methods of the West,but also incorporates the management thoughts of the wisdom of Sinology,and strengthens the corporate culture with a strong "home" culture in order to form a set of Chinese and Western combinations.Human resources management system with complementary advantages.It is hoped that this system can effectively reduce the turnover rate of employees in the subsequent business development practice,so as to help the company to make greater contributions to the society.
