With the development of market economy in China,the development of agricultural science and technology is the key to enhance the international competitiveness of agricultural products and promote the sustainable development of modern agriculture.And the core competence of agricultural science and technology enterprises is created through the enterprise employees,and through constant maintenance and development of the gradual formation and stability of the.The competition of agricultural science and technology enterprises is to a large extent the competition of talents,the talent has become the core element of strategic decision.The research on human resource management theory,human capital theory and enterprise strategic management theory as the basis,to the number of talent supply and demand balance and structure optimization as a logical clue,using the method of literature research and normative research method,investigation method and case study method,the problem of development of Hunan agricultural science and technology enterprise talents were studied.Based on the analysis of the present situation of the agricultural science and technology enterprises in Hunan Province,this research focuses on the main problems and their causes,and puts forward the countermeasures to solve the problems.Conclusion the main points of this thesis and research:the current agricultural science and technology enterprises in Hunan Province in the development of talent in the talent development and management system,lack of planning and old employees enthusiasm is not high and enterprising,decrease the loss of key employees and issues such as the lack of reserve forces.In view of existing problems,puts forward some countermeasures:to establish the new concept of talent development and the strengthening of enterprise talent development,development and human development,strategic planning,build talent management incentive system,pay attention to employee occupation development,by establishing reasonable training plan to meet the needs of employee occupation development.In order to optimize the structure of talents,to ensure the needs of talents in agricultural science and technology enterprises.
