Project schedule management and risk management are very important links in project management.If not handled properly,the quality of the project will decline or even the project will fail.This thesis takes the 4G flow stimulation project of Y company as the research object.Because of the special project,involving many departments and tight time schedule,there are some problems such as slow project progress and inadequate project risk control.This thesis studies how to ensure the smooth implementation of the project through project schedule management and risk management.Y company's 4G flow stimulation project incorporates early platform development and late platform application promotion into project scope management,optimizes project process with project management tools such as WBS and CPM,establishes IT management model according to actual situation,and upgrades the"three-three"problem mechanism to improve project communication efficiency and problem solving speed,and improves project team members and outsiders through performance control mechanism.Through the dynamic control mechanism of project progress,the effective management of project progress is achieved,and the achievement of project objectives is promoted.Through the optimization of the project schedule,it is proved that the project schedule has been well controlled.In terms of risk management and control,a total of 4 categories and 13 sub-categories of risks are identified,and these risks are assessed,analyzed,coped with and managed to effectively reduce the uncertain impact of risks on the proj ect in the process of proj ect promotion.Finally,according to the results of project progress and risk management,the conclusion is drawn that according to the optimized plan,the project progress is effectively guaranteed and the project has achieved better results.The risk identified by risk has basically covered the whole process of project implementation,and no new risk points have been found to affect the overall project in the process of project implementation.Through risk identification,analysis and preparation of a certain plan,the smooth implementation of the proj ect is more effectively guaranteed.4G flow management is the key work of major telecommunication operators for a long time now and even in the future.Flow stimulation plays a very good role in promoting the rapid increase of flow in stages.The problems of progress and risk discussed in this thesis are also common problems of operators.Therefore,thethesis has a high reference value for similar flow stimulation projects in the same industry.
