Under the background of knowledge economy,the level of science and technology continues to progress,and the establishment and growth of high-tech industries have increasingly become the main driving force for the country to maintain its long-term competitive advantage.China' s economy has also gradually achieved a transformation.It has changed from an intensive labor-based model to an intensive knowledge-based and intensive technology type.Economic development no longer depends on simple labor,but on people's intellectual labor.High-tech companies have also seen rapid development.High-tech enterprises rely on innovation as the main source of production,while innovation results from the human capital of the company's R&D personnel.The subsequent development of human capital has become a crucial component of the company's core competitiveness.The position of R&D human capital in high-tech enterprises is becoming more and more prominent.The level of participation of R&D personnel in the distribution of residual income of enterprises is particularly important in stimulating employee enthusiasm.However,some high-tech companies do not have enough revenue to distribute their R&D personnel to motivate them,and may even result in the loss of talent.Based on the importance of R&D human capital to high-tech enterprises,in order to promote the continuous progress of China's high-tech industry,mobilize the employees'enthusiasm for work,and maintain the vitality of employees,the content of this paper is proposed.The participation of human capital in corporate income distribution is usually expressed through the allocation of annual salary and equity.However,no matter what method is used to motivate employees,a core issue of human capital incentive is the proportion of distribution.In order to solve this problem,based on the theory of human capital and income distribution,combine the Cobb-Douglas production model to construct the contribution rate of high-tech enterprise R&D human capital.The econometric model selects the relevant factor input and output indicators of the company,constructs the contribution rate measurement model of the R&D team of the high-tech company,calculates the contribution of the human capital of the R&D personnel to the residual income of the high-tech enterprise,and determines the participation of the R&D team in the company's residual income distribution.The ratio provides a method for calculating the distribution ratio of benefits for high-tech enterprises and solves the problem that the company is difficult to solve in the actual distribution.
