With the rapid development of social economy,especially the rapid development of Internet financial industry,a new business model has emerged,that is,e-commerce has gradually exerted a tremendous impact on many industries.With the popularity of the domestic network,the number of network users is increasing,and the e-commerce environment is becoming more and more mature,which provides good conditions for the development of e-commerce.As a new industry,e-commerce has a broad market prospects.More people begin to pay attention to e-commerce,and the development of e-commerce business of commercial banks has gradually become an important link.How to broaden the e-commerce business of commercial banks has become the key to enhance the competition among major banks.The area where the Fujian Nanping Branch of Agricultural Bank of China is located is facing increasingly fierce industry competition.It is necessary to constantly improve the e-commerce development system,actively innovate technology and reform system in the development of Internet finance,and in banking language.In order to promote the development and expansion of Nanping Branch's e-commerce business and provide customers with high-quality services,Internet factors are constantly infiltrated.Based on the existing e-commerce theory,combined with the development trend of commercial bank business,this paper takes the development of e-commerce business of Fujian Nanping Branch of Agricultural Bank as the research object,explores its existing development status,and then gives further development plans.Firstly,this paper combs the research status of e-commerce business of commercial banks at home and abroad,and summarizes and analyses the relevant theories of e-commerce business of commercial banks.Then,this paper analyses the development status and environment of the E-commerce business of Fujian Nanping Branch of Agricultural Bank of China.It can be found that the bank is facing a better policy environment,and has a better development opportunity of e-commerce platform in Nanping.Under the advantages of its own network,it also faces some problems that hinder its development.First,most of the Nanping enterprises have their own systems,and Not willing to adopt the system designed by Nanping Branch.Second,some enterprises in Nanping City doubt the system of Fujian Nanping Branch of Agricultural Bank of China and can not rest assured of its use.Third,according tothe current standardized e e-commerce products of Fujian Nanping Branch of Agricultural Bank of China,they can not find a suitable entry point,can not effectively respond to the market in a timely manner,lack of flexibility,and fourth,Nanping Branch of Agricultural Bank of Fu The lack of relevance and self-governing of commercial products make it impossible to integrate and utilize resources effectively.Finally,this paper discusses the future direction of Nanping Branch's e-commerce development.It considers that Nanping Branch needs innovative ideas in three aspects: business model,cooperation model and service model.Further,it needs to constantly give full play to the advantages of customer resources,strengthen cooperation between banks and enterprises,accurately locate the market,enrich the payment methods of e-commerce,and enhance the relevance of e-commerce products.For this development plan,corresponding safeguard measures are put forward,including organizational structure safeguard,human resources safeguard,customer service safeguard,innovation promotion safeguard and so on,in order to promote the faster and better development of e-commerce business of Fujian Nanping Branch of ABC and increase the economic benefits of the whole branch through this scheme and safeguard measures.
