The Studies That The Problem Of Rural Landless Peasants After Returning Farmland To Lake

Land has long been the ultimate guarantee of the survival of farmers and the last guarantee of life.However,in recent years,it has been used in urbanization,industrialization,agricultural modernization and ecological protection,and a large number of farmers will lose land and become lost farmers.Because of the use of land,the species of lost farmers are different.The transformation of the lost land farmers and the transformation of their living conditions and the transformation of production patterns are a huge challenge for the government,society and the group themselves.How to effectively protect the lost land farmers and the transformation of new identities,which will enable them to stabilize and increase their incomes after loss is an important research topic.This paper focuses on the loss of farmers in guanglong community,chengjiang county,and studies the way of income loss of the lost land farmers,and analyzes the present situation of the former lost farmers and tries to raise the question of the settlement of the lost farmers.This paper is based on DFID sustainable livelihood theory model and social security theory.To chengjiang county guanglong community "Returning farmland to lake" landless farmers for the background of restructuring,and deep into the landless farmers around the investigation and interview,and formed an investigation Volume.This paper analyzes and studies the increasing income of land-lost farmers from five major aspects.First,related concepts and theoretical basis.This paper mainly expounds the concept and characteristics of land-lost farmers and the theoretical basis of large quantity based on this paper.This paper mainly elaborates the characteristics of the farmers who lost their land,such as low education level,single income structure and the investigation of their own cognition and demand,which are caused by the opportunity of "returning farmland to the surrounding lake" in fuxian lake.The second is the "returning farmland to lake" farmers in guanglong community to increase their income.From the main income source of the overall situation,the sentence structure analysis and contrast the income survey in three aspects: the analysis of the current situation of income of the farmers in the region: the fourth part is to 10 dragon community reasons of land-lost farmers' income.This paper analyzes the internal causes of farmers and the external causes of government and society.It reflects four problems,namely,the low level of income of farmers themselves,the insufficient level of cognition,the insufficient level of policy and financial support,and the imperfect land expropriation and compensation policy.The most delay is to raise the income of landless farmers after "returning farmland to lake".The analysis is mainly carried out from three aspects of ecology,society and economy.And put forward the countermeasure.It is expected to benefit farmers' income and living conditions in fudi of guanglong community.
