Feasibility Study On Damingjiang Rural Ecotourism Area In Yongzhou City,Hunan Province

The report of The 19th National Congress of CPC pointed out that the problems of agriculture,countryside and peasants are fundamental issues related to the national economy and people's livelihood.We must always take solving the problems of agriculture,countryside and farmers as the top priority of the Party's work.The development of rural eco-tourism in Darming River can protect the rural ecological environment by giving full play to the advantages of natural resources.Guided by Xi Jinping's socialist ideology with Chinese characteristics in the new era,the project aims to meet the growing demand of the people for tourism and leisure consumption and better ecological environment,takes the protection of ecological environment and the construction of a harmonious society as the premise,takes natural experience,natural education and forest health as the core,and improves health.Supported by the supporting service system of ecotourism,we should adhere to respecting nature,conforming to nature,protecting nature,strengthening community participation,focusing on coordinating the relationship between stakeholders,creating ecotourism products with characteristics,and promoting the harmonious development of human and nature,social economy and culture.The project is divided into four major functional zones,namely,management service area,general recreation area,core landscape area and ecological conservation area.In the construction process of the project,the main construction contents are management service area and general recreation area.The core landscape area mainly uses the original facilities to carry out recreational activities with low environmental impact,while the ecological conservation area does not carry out construction.According to the distribution of natural and cultural resources,the basis of industrial development and the framework of landscape structure,the spatial development pattern of the project site is summarized as "1+2+2" mode,that is,"to build a tourist service center,two fully functional theme areas,two forest recreation experience rings and jungle crossing exploration rings".According to the guiding principles of unified planning and phased implementation,in order to strengthen the operability of planning and ensure the sustainable development of manor,the project development and construction are divided into three phases,the first phase is 2019-2020,the second phase is 2021-2025,and the third phase is 2026-2030.The project adopts the trinity model of "peasant + enterprise + community",and implements the five unified management of"unified partition construction,unified scientific management,unified operation and maintenance,unified technical training,unified sales service".The total investment of the project is 82.7 million yuan,with an average annual cost of 52.567 million yuan and an average annual profit of 76.73 million yuan.The development of the project and the development of various economies will not only attract a large number of tourists,promote and promote the development of the local tertiary industry and related industries,but also provide numerous employment opportunities for the local people.It plays an important role in stimulating local economic development,increasing people's income,promoting local people to get rid of poverty and become rich,and promoting social stability.
