Research On The Utility Evaluation Model Of Chinese Social Enterprises

Recent years,social enterprises have a quick development in China and the government has promulgated laws and regulations related to social enterprises to regulate the development of domestic social enterprise-type organizations.With the government's purchase of service funds and the social capital's favor for social enterprise-type organizations,the ways for social enterprises to gather funds has become more and more diversified.And the services are also diversified ways of presentation.So far,social enterprises have achieved initial success in the process of localization in China.And how to evaluate a domestic social enterprise reasonably could be the direction of next development.From the perspective of service utility,this paper evaluates the development and value measurement of domestic social enterprises,introduces SROI model,and establishes a utility evaluation model for Chinese social enterprises based on the theory of Balanced Scorecard and stakeholder analysis.The new model aims to better solve the following problems:(1)the economic and social.purpose value of Chinese social enterprises.The calculation of the value;(2)the analysis and evaluation of the immeasurable social value of Chinese social enterprises;(3)the evaluation of the impact of the development of Chinese social enterprises on society,and put forward relevant suggestions for the development of domestic social enterprises.This paper attempts to localize the utility evaluation of social enterprises by means of literature research,case analysis and field research,taking Beijing See Young Social Work Service Center as an example,calculates the enterprise value return rate and social value return rate of the institution,and analyses some non-quantifiable social values.Finally,it expects that the results can be applied to other social organizations in China.Meeting enterprises is helpful to the policy direction and development support of domestic social enterprises.
