Research On The Welfare Development Of Private Enterprises In Yiwu City

Non-state owned enterprise is the most beautiful and special landscape in the process of China economic development.Non-state owner enterprise play a huge role to China economic sustained and steady development.As the development of socio-economic,Non-state owner eneterprise have occupied important postion in China economic construction.However,employee welfare of non-state owner enterprise in our country has disorced from erality requirement and far behind the epoch and have become one of the most serious obstacle of steady development and advance to non-state owner enterprise at the present stage. In order to ensure the steady development of employees of Non-state owned enterprise and Non-state owned enterprise empolyee welfare, employee welfare construction of Non-state owned enterprise is a serious problem now unavoidable.First of all, this disseration analyzes and defines the definition and composition of employee welfare on the basis of previous studies. Secondly, in-depth interviews with the Yiwu government agencies to obtain the detailed development of Yiwu private enterprise welfare in order to thoroughly study the development process of employee welfare. After to Yiwu private enterprise employees as the research object is to design the questionnaire, collected 292 questionnaires and analyzed with the way of SPSS software to give a detailed description and analysis of the the supply and demand of the basic old-age insurance, basic medical insurance, unemployment insurance, work-related injury insurance, maternity insurance, housing provident fund and situation of occupation skill training to the employees of Non-state owned enterprise in Yiwu city, in this at the same time, through in-depth conversations with employees of private enterprises from multi angle verify employee welfare in the development of Non-state owned enterprise in the positive role and the the problems should be facede to Non-state owned enterprise employee welfare currently.Finally, aim at the main problems of the development of employee benefits of Non-state owned enterprise in Yiwu City, this dissertation puts forward useful suggestions and countermeasures in order to improve the development of employee welfare of Non-state owned enterprise.
