The economic benefit is the core of its focus for an enterprise, employee job performance isclosely connected with employees working attitude, employee satisfaction is an important factorof decision employees working attitude, employee welfare satisfaction as an importantcomponent part of the employee satisfaction, will have a major impact of employees workperformance. With the development of market economy and talent management market, thetraditional welfare system can no longer meet the needs of employees, but also not conducive tothe production and operation of enterprises. In order to attract, motivate and retain talent,elasticity welfare is considered to be an effective solution, our country has impleme nted the basisof elastic welfare, but not widely used. Therefore, realizing employee welfare demand, theemployee welfare satisfaction and its influencing factors, on the basis of the welfare of theemployee’s satisfaction to establish and perfect the corresponding welfare system is our countryenterprise urgently needs to solve the problem.After asking questions, this paper first studied the domestic and foreign relevant theoriesabout employee welfare satisfaction and elastic welfare and literature, And then integrate therelationship between each variable, put forward the research hypothesis, constructs the employeewelfare demand and welfare satisfaction structure model, welfare satisfaction research model;Second, design the questionnaire and collect data, through the recovery of118validquestionnaires, using SPSS17.0, Aoms17.0statistical analysis software for survey data in thefactor analysis, reliability, validity analysis and structural equation model test, the model built inthis paper, and put forward the research hypothesis is verified. The results show that the variousmeasuring scale has good reliability and validity; Employee welfare demand will affectemployee welfare satisfaction; Marital status, income level, nature of work units have an impacton employee welfare satisfaction, age, gender, no significant difference in degree of welfaresatisfaction; Age, education, income level have an impact on demand for employee benefits,gender, marital status, the nature of the work unit, to the welfare requirements effect was notsignificant; Welfare information satisfaction and category of welfare satisfaction the mostsignificant impact on welfare satisfaction, satisfaction and welfare category on welfareinformation satisfaction has significant influence.Through the above study concluded: enterprises should attach importance to adjust thewelfare category, expand employees the options, enhance welfare information communication,etc. Finally, on the basis of empirical research results, this paper designed the elastic welfaresystem based on employee welfare satisfaction, and the enterprise how to implement in order toimprove the management and employee welfare satisfaction puts forward some Suggestions.
