Under the background of the new normal economic situation,tobacco businesses are facing a situation of market saturation and increasing pressure from outside tobacco.The sustainable development of the enterprise depends on efficient human resource system which based on humanism.The tobacco industry must continue to develop and strengthen its core competitiveness.Enterprise performance management has been and will remain at the core of enterprise human resources management for a long time.As the key link of performance management,enterprises must pay attention to and use the incentive mechanism if they want to develop healthily.Enterprises must pay attention to and realize the importance of maintaining the enthusiasm and initiative of employees,otherwise the enterprises will be inefficient,marketing staffhave a central position as the front line on the cigarette sales front and they are the bridge between the tobacco companies and the customers.They are also the main practitioner of customer service and the main propagandist of company culture.This paper,drawing on the research achievements of incentive theory at home and abroad,deeply analyzes,considers and studies the current situation of incentive mechanism of tobacco companies,and looks for the problems and short boards existing in the current incentive mechanism.A long-term and effective incentive mechanism should be established by means of the credit system management.It provides a useful way for the overall improvement of the human management level and economic efficiency of tobacco companies.
