Research On The Problem And Countermeasure Of M Company's Working Capital Management Based On Channel

Working capital,as the flowing blood of the company,runs through the entire production and management process of the company'.Its management is the focus of the company's operation and management,and is increasingly valued by managers.With the rapid development of economic globalization and science and technology,great changes have taken place in the internal and external environments faced by companies.In order for companies to think of miraculous successes,they must adjust their management methods in a timely manner,especially the management of working capital that affects the operation and development of enterprises.When traditional theory manages working capital from a financial point of view,quantifying various components,ignoring the links with the business processes of the enterprise,it has long been unable to adapt to the requirements of modern enterprise management.Therefore,new theories are urgently needed to guide the management practices of enterprises.The working capital management theory is generated under this environment.Under this theory,companies need to manage working capital from the perspective of channels,combine their own production and operation processes,optimize channel structure.properly handle channel behavior,improve channel relations and other measures,manage the company's working capital from various channels,and optimize the company's business management.This has a very strong theoretical and practical significance.This article mainly adopts the literature research method and the case analysis method,and based on the theory of channel-based working capital management,it discusses from five parts.First of all this paper collates and analyzes the domestic and foreign scholars'research literature,and explains the research ideas and contributions of this article.The second part elaborates the specific content of the theory and lays a theoretical foundation for follow-up research.In the third part,the new theory is applied practically to analyze the operating capital management problems and deep-seated reasons existing in the case enterprises.The fourth part is mainly based on the aforementioned issues,and accordingly put forward optimization measures to improve the company's working capital management and also provide reference for companies in the same industry.The fifth part is the end of this paper.Through reviewing and summarizing the full text,the research conclusion and follow-up outlook are drawn.In summary,from the perspective of channel management,this paper combines the company's working capital management with actual business processes,and selects typical cases for practical analysis,which is of great significance for the theoretical research and practical research of China's working capital management.
