Study On Problems And Countermeasures Of Rural Collective Economic Development Model In Luanping County Of Hebei Province

With the developmentand growth of China's economy,the development and expansion of the rural collective economy is an important way to promote rural economic and social development and increase farmers' income.In recent years,The No.1central document focused on the issue of “agriculture,rural areas and farmers” for 15 consecutive years,and local governments at all levels will also formulate policies for the development and strengthening of the local rural collective economy.In particular,the party's 19 th National Congress proposed “implementing the village revitalization strategy”.This strategy proposes that the reform of the rural collective property rights system will be further deepened.How to really implement the strategy of rejuvenating rural,promote the development of rural economy,agricultural industry upgrading,increasing farmers' income to get rich,to insist on the thought of socialism with Chinese characteristics,on the basis of insist on seeking truth from facts,adhere to adjust measures to local conditions,adhere to and improve the dual operation system which combines unification and actively explore the development patterns of rural collective economy,path and method,etc.Therefore,the development of rural collective economy in underdeveloped areas has become an important task to strengthen village collective economy and promote economic and social development.This paper takes the development patterns of rural collective economy in underdeveloped areas as the research object,taking the rural collective economic development of Luan ping county,Cheng de city,Hebei province as an example,through literature reading,questionnaire survey and field research,from the resource base of rural collective economic development in Luan ping County,The empirical research on the development model,the management methods,the specific problems encountered,and the countermeasures have made a deeper understanding of the development model of the rural collective economy in the county.It is believed that the rural collective economic development of the county should highlight the characteristic links and further improve the level of understanding and action,improve the development model and sustainable development system,and improve the level of economic development.Finally,in order to understand the rural collective economic development in Luan ping County more comprehensively and to promote its useful experience,this paper summarizes and refines the the scientific modelofrural collective economic development in the underdeveloped areas according to the evolution and development of the rural collective economy in the county and good experience and lessons.Effective practices provide a reference for rural collective economic development in similar areas.
