The development of the industry needs to be placed on the land,and the supply of land for different industrial uses has a direct impact on the direction of economic development.Promoting the coordinated development and optimization of industrial land is an important guarantee for the coordinated development of the region and the implementation of the new urbanization strategy.This paper selected the representative transport equipment manufacturing industry in the middle input department of each region for analysis after adjusting 42 departments in the input-output table.The inter-regional input-output model was used to realize the calculation of the single department transfer amount in the Beij ing-Tianj in-Hebei urban agglomeration.Moreover,combining with the calculation results,D3(Data-Driven Documents)data visualization method was applied to characterize the transfer path of transportation equipment manufacturing.Transportation equipment manufacturing industry shifted from coastal region to central and western regions.16 provinces,mainly including Inner Mongolia,Henan,Shanxi,etc.had a net outflow of transportation equipment manufacturing industry.The rest are net inflow provinces.Transportation equipment manufacturing industrial transfer in Beijing,Tianjin,Hebei Province was mainly undertalken in Beijing and Tianjin.As one of the manufacturing industry belts prescribed by the "Guidelines of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Industrial Transfer",the transportation equipment manufacturing industry undertaken by the Dingzhou economic development zone before the publication of the "Guide" was all from other provinces except Beijing and Tianjin.Its own advantages were not attractive to the transportation equipment manufacturing industry in Beijing and Tianjin.This paper evaluated the benefits of industrial land in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei urban agglomeration by establishing evaluation index system of industrial land use efficiency from three aspects of economy,society and ecological environment;using the ArcGIS Network Analysis function to extract the vector data of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei highway transportation network from the open source database of the OpenstreetMap network in 2015,and applying an improved accessibility measurement method,this paper analyzed the traffic accessibility of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei highway network;using the coupled degree of coordination model,this paper analyzed the coupling and coordination relationship between economic benefits,social benefits and ecological benefits of industrial land,and between comprehensive benefits of industrial land and accessibility of highway traffic network.The coupling and coordination relationship between economic benefits,social benefits and ecological benefits of industrial land was mainly focused on serious disorder.Compared with the accessibility of highway traffic network,the benefits of industrial land lagged behind.Using MATLAB R2016a software modeling tools to establish GM(1,1)model and RBF neural network model,respectively,this paper predicted the demand of industrial land in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei urban agglomeration.Compared the forecast results with the current value of industrial land in Beijing,Tianjin,and 11 prefecture-level cities in Hebei Province,and tested the accuracy of the two prediction models.The results showed that RBF neural network model was a more reasonable forecast model for industrial land use.Using the forecast results of the reasonable model,combining the expected indicators of the planning target year of the "Large Land Use Planning 2006-2020" in Beijing,Tianjin,as well as 11 prefecture-level cities in Hebei Province,determined the remaining usable life of industrial land.Finally,industrial land was divided into three kinds of regulation zones:reasonable reduction zone,optimized adjustment zone,and key development zone.Based on the characteristics of industrial transition and its path analysis,the study of the coupling coordination of industrial land,and the research on the control zone of industrial land in Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei region,the main problems in the industrial transfer of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei and the use of industrial land were summarized.The control measures for industrial land in Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei region were proposed.
