Research On Knowledge Governance Mechanism Of Knowledge-based-Enterprise

Under the background of knowledge economy,knowledge resources have become the core strategic resources of most enterprises,but the knowledge management practice of enterprises has not achieved the expected effect.To solve this problem,scholars have introduced the theory of governance into the theory of knowledge management,thus forming the theory of knowledge governance.Because of its characteristics suitable for development under the background of knowledge economy,knowledgebased enterprises occupy a higher and higher proportion in China's enterprises,and become the focus of scholars.Therefore,it is necessary to study the knowledge governance mechanism of knowledge-based enterprises.Under the premise of the analysis of the features of knowledgebased enterprises,based on the knowledge management theory,the knowledge-based enterprise knowledge activities are divided into chain of knowledge acquisition,knowledge storage,knowledge sharing and knowledge innovation,and in accordance with this build a knowledgebased enterprise mechanism of knowledge acquisition,knowledge storage,knowledge sharing and knowledge innovation mechanism,makes the knowledge-based enterprise knowledge management practice stage.Along with implementation of knowledge-based enterprise knowledge management technology support,eventually build into a knowledge-based enterprise knowledge overall governance mechanism,and accordingly puts forward Suggestions for the knowledge-based enterprise knowledge management implementation,in order to help the knowledge-based enterprise knowledge management practice better,eventually achieve the goal of knowledge-based enterprises enhance core competitiveness.
