Construction And Implementation Of Design Management Livelihoods Framework In Rural Poverty Alleviation

In recent years,in order to ensure full poverty eradication by 2020 and to build a well-off society in an all-round way,the central and all levels of government have carried out various effective policies and measures aimed at rural poverty alleviation,and Shandong Province also makes a "qilu model" for rural revitalization actively.In general,poverty alleviation policies and measures have made great progress than in the past,helping tens of thousands of poor people to achieve poverty eradication,but many regions have achieved "poverty eradication" and then entered the cycle of "returning to poverty",and failure to seek industries for sustainable livelihoods,and often focus on the development of agriculture,ignoring the rural handicraft industry can also become a "pro-poor helper".The research results on rural livelihoods are mostly concentrated in areas such as social economics or geography,while fusing ideas and methods of design and using the design management professional model,and the study of sustainable livelihoods is almost lacking or even blank,so it is worth exploring the ability of design to change sustainable livelihoods.On the basis of consulting the relevant reference,statistical data and searching cases,this paper turns the UK agency for International Development's sustainable livelihoods framework into design management livelihoods framework.Filling gaps in integration between sustainable livelihoods framework and design disciplines based on existing framework system analysis of risks and deficiencies.And choosing the Renhui village of Liaocheng Dou Hutun Town as a typical,and the village's special crafts include woven buggy,tiger shoes and paper-cut.For this handicraft poor village,proceeding indirect data research,household survey,in-depth interview and participatory observation to analyze the factors of poverty and livelihood capital,and combining structural and process shifts,proposing livelihood strategies to achieve livelihood output,then let the framework be fully tested.And it can replicate the design management livelihoods framework to poor villages of the same kind.And to help promote poverty alleviation in rural design,which is dominated by the handicraft industry,and achieving a true sense of poverty eradication.The main contents of thispaper are as follows:The first chapter:Through analyzing the concept of sustainable livelihoods and the content and elements of the DFID's sustainable livelihoods framework,then it is necessary to use design management expertise to generate design management livelihoods framework,and carrying out feasibility analysis about it.Then from the description of each indicator and the analysis of the structure of the livelihood capital evaluation index system,and a comprehensive analysis of the design management livelihoods framework and architecture.The second chapter: Carrying out design management livelihoods framework and index system investigation and analysis,stating the livelihoods status of the Renhui village of Liaocheng Dou Hutun Town,that is analyzing reasons of selection.And there is the significance of importing design management livelihoods framework.The weight value of the evaluation index of livelihood capital about the Renhui village of Liaocheng Dou Hutun Town was obtained by investigation in three ways.Using SWOT analysis method to weigh the focus and advantages of the village,and it easy to put forward the targeted countermeasures.The third chapter:Combining the results of field research and analysis,this paper presents the application principles of the design management livelihoods framework.On the livelihoods of the Renhui village of Liaocheng Dou Hutun Town,proposing the design management livelihoods framework to promote the promotion of sustainable livelihoods capacity in village handicraft.The effect value of design management livelihoods framework applied to all the same types of poor villages is analyzed synthetically.Looking for deficiencies in the design and implementation of design management livelihoods framework for better application in the future.
