Research On Sharing Economy Business Model Based On Value Chain Theory

With the continuous updating of information technology,a variety of technological revolutions have been launched.The rapid development of new generation Internet technologies,such as mobile Internet,Internet of Things,big data,cloud computing,has also brought many changes to our lives.Sharing economy is the product of the new generation of information technology.It not only extends to the corners of our daily life,but also creates a new type of business values and broad thinking mode.It not only changes the connotation of value elements in the traditional enterprise production value chain,but also changes the relationship between value subjects in the value chain.This paper is based on the modern value chain network to study the business model of enterprises in the shared economy.Firstly,through a large number of theoretical studies,this paper puts forward the concept of shared economic business model.Secondly,it introduces the difference between modern value chain theory and traditional value chain.On the basis of modern value chain network,it constructs a popular sharing business model,and determines the value elements such as the main body of value chain,profit model and operation model.Based on the analysis of the theory,this paper studies the current situation of domestic shared economy,and further studies the most representative areas of shared travel in the field of shared economy.Finally,the management strategy for the development of shared business model is obtained.Firstly,this paper talks about the combination of sharing economy and business model,and puts forward the concept of sharing enterprise business model.In this paper,the business model is defined as: on the value of sustainable development,make full use of the new generation of Internet technology to achieve the matching of supply and demand of idle resources,so as to create personalized acceptable solutions for users.This is a sharing scheme that can exchange roles from both suppliers and demands at any time.Secondly,after the analysis of Porter’s traditional value chain,the virtual value chain,value network and modern value chain theory are put forward.On this basis,the value network structure model of sharing business model is proposed.From the main body of the value chain,profit model,operation model and so on,further analysis.Thirdly,by sharing the typical drip-out behavior of enterprises in the field of travel,this paper discusses the main body of the value chain,profit model and operation model of enterprises,and further illustrates the innovative points of the current sharing economic and business model.This study enriches the study of business model,and also analyses the difference between sharing business model and traditional business model,which has a certain guiding significance for promoting the development of sharing economy.
