The Social Insurance Business Department of A Insurance Company,in close cooperation with government agencies at all levels,has steadily carried out various policy-oriented livelihood insurance businesses linking up with social medical insurance,underwritten a number of major projects,accumulated rich experience and sufficient resources,and focused on providing the best claim service in the market and bringing commercial insurance pairs into full play.The supplementary role of policy-based livelihood insurance,the role of social "stabilizer" and the role of economic "booster".However,due to the limitation of human resources,the social security business department of A insurance company has some phenomena,such as too high per capita labor service,incomplete performance appraisal,too formal performance management,unclear hierarchy of assessment results,and no feedback mechanism for assessment,resulting in staff fatigue,reduced work enthusiasm and executive ability.Not high.Therefore,it is necessary to study the existing performance management to improve the enthusiasm,sense of belonging and well-being of employees as a whole,so as to enhance the competitiveness of A insurance company industry.In the process of rapid development of modern insurance service industry,the market competition is becoming more and more fierce.In 2014,there were five insurance companies qualified to undertake policy-oriented livelihood insurance business.They increased to 14 insurance companies in 2016 and 32 in 2019,and showed a growing trend.How to consolidate and develop market share,promote the healthy development of business,and make enterprises grow healthily? Maintaining competitiveness is the first consideration of every insurance company.This paper hopes to reform the performance management system of the social insurance business department of A insurance company,improve the current performance appraisal management by different indicators,and ultimately achieve the improvement and promotion of the performance management system.The core of performance management is performance appraisal.According to the results of performance appraisal,reward and supervise employees,give full play to the incentive and restraint role of performance appraisal,tap employees’ potential,continuously promote the improvement of employees’ ability and quality,and fully mobilize employees’ enthusiasm through the close combination of employees’ personal goals and company’s strategic objectives.Sex,improve staff execution,enhance the soft power of A insurance company,and enhance the core competitiveness of A insurance company.Through the comprehensive review of the relevant theories of performance management,this paper provides a theoretical basis for the scientific and effective research on the performance management of the employees in the social insurance business department of A insurance company;through the questionnaire analysis of the status quo of the performance management of the employees in the social insurance business department of A insurance company,it points out many problems and finds out the optimization of the performance management system.The direction and emphasis of the research.In the study of optimization of performance management system,optimization design is focused on the premise preparation of performance management,performance appraisal system,performance feedback interview and the application of performance appraisal results,and performance communication in the process of performance tracking is emphasized.In the design of performance appraisal system,key performance indicators are designed from three aspects: work performance,work attitude and work ability.Balanced scorecard assessment method is used to assess the performance of employees in different positions,and 360 degree assessment idea is used to assess work attitude and work ability.Through the optimization design of the above links,a complete performance management system for the employees of the social security business department of A insurance company has been formed.At the end of this paper,the author puts forward the guarantee measures for the successful implementation of the scheme,which ensures the effective implementation of the new performance management system.It is hoped that this paper will promote the reform of the performance management system of employees in the social security business department of A Insurance Company,and provide reference for other similar enterprises in implementing the reform of human resources management system.
