Research On The Comprehensive Measurement And Control Countermeasures Of Compact Degree Of Shuangyang District Of Changchun City

In the rapid development of the city today, city renewal speed is accelerated apparently, city expansion trend is more obvious, the construction of sustainable development of the city, is the basic trend of the future development of the city, how to avoid the waste of land resources, agricultural production of land for occupation, species diversity and ecosystem destruction in the process of development in the city, to realize the harmonious coexistence of man and nature, is the need of our long-term study of historical subject. Compact city advocate the use of city land use development pattern of high density, and mixed use of land resources and focus on the development of public transport. As one of the compact city can solve the unlimited spread, the living environment decline space form of city construction, is the inevitable choice of sustainable development of city construction in China, the city space planning has played a supporting role theory. The direction of development and research of urban compactness can better guide the urban construction, to achieve sustainable development of urban. Since 1995, Shuangyang District, county area, Shuangyang District, Changchun city has become a new area of the largest and the smallest population density, with its rich natural resources and good ecological environment, a new urban development space and development potential of Changchun area. Shuangyang District of Changchun city as a non central city to satellite towns, there has always been a form of special geographical location determines the future development orientation of Shuangyang district. This paper selected population, economy, transportation, industry, urban land and other factors, to establish a framework of evaluation system of compactness, Shuangyang District of urban compactness factors for quantitative analysis using principal component analysis, data envelopment analysis method and DEA respectively on urban compactness, efficiency, urban ecological benefits were studied, the correlation found three, Shuangyang District towns are given to improve the compactness of suggestions, provide a reference for future City Shuangyang District Planning and construction.
