A Study On The Current Situation Of Farmers' Acknowledgement In The Implementation Of Accurate Poverty Alleviation Policy

In order to complete the goal of poverty alleviation by 2020,building a moderately prosperous society in an all-round way and eradicating absolute poverty,we have a long way to go,there are a lot of slope to climb.President Xi has put forward the strategic guideline of targeted poverty alleviation,which has pointed out the way and direction for us to go forward.Under the leadership of the Communist Party of China,the whole country is working hard to overcome poverty,with experts and scholars solving the theoretical problems in the road,with grass-roots cadres of poverty alleviation solving the difficulties in implementation.Through the efforts of the whole Chinese people,we have achieved remarkable results and won a lot of praise.However,we still need to see that there are still many problems ahead.They are getting harder and harder as they draw close to the end.What remains are the poorest of the poor.How to help them better is a problem that we need to think deeply.At present,the domestic scholars' research on poverty involves many fields,and many academic achievements have been made in the research on targeted poverty alleviation.However,from the perspective of farmers,the research on the sense of achievement in the implementation of precision poverty alleviation policy is very rare.In the final period of poverty alleviation,it is necessary to study farmers' sense of fulfillment.In the work of targeted poverty alleviation,how can we start from the needs of farmers and make all farmers share the results of poverty alleviation,and constantly enhance their sense of achievement in poverty alleviation work? This article starts with the present situation of farmers' sense of acquisition,and through field investigation,grasps the present situation of farmers' sense of achievement in the process of implementing precision poverty alleviation policies,and according to the survey data,this paper looks for the realistic problems and reasons that exist in it,and according to the results of the investigation,In order to continuously enhance the farmers' sense of fulfillment,it puts forward targeted,feasible suggestions and countermeasures,in order to win the fight against poverty at an early date and contribute to their own modest efforts.Starting from the sample villages in the study area,this paper mainly studies the lateral sense of acquisition of the farmer through visits and questionnaires,and investigates the current situation of farmers' sense of acquisition in villages from three dimensions: political sense,economic sense and livelihood sense.According to the relevant indicators of the questionnaire,the poor and non-poor households were randomly investigated.Finally,according to the relevant contents obtained by the questionnaire,a detailed quantitative analysis was made on the sense of acquisition between the poor and non-poor households,the sense of acquisition within the poor households,and the sense of acquisition between the poor and non-poor rural households.From the comparison of the three parts,the paper summarized the influence of the sense of acquisition.Body factors.Finally,this paper gives feasible countermeasures and suggestions from three aspects: sustained consolidation of poverty alleviation effect,promotion of poverty alleviation policy transformation and vigorous implementation of rural revitalization.
