Research On Influcing Factors Of Collaborative Innovation Of Industry,University And Research In F Province

With the increasing complexity of technological innovation,the acceleration of technological renewal and the intensification of market competition,the new economy has entered an innovation-driven era.As a cross-organization cooperation mode connecting scientific innovation and technology commercialization,the collaborative innovation of industry,university and research plays an important role in promoting the complementation of efficient integration of resources,enhancing the enterprises'technological and scientific competitiveness,boosting the optimization of local economy,as well as promoting industrial upgrading.Therefore,the collaborative innovation of industry,university and research has drawn wide attention all around the world.In recent years,the collaborative innovation of industry,university and research in China has made great achievements,but there are still many shortcomings in meeting the actual needs of economic development and technological progress,and there are still a lot of problems to be solved.How can limited R&D resources be used to be more productive and to boost the efficiency of collaborative innovation in the collaborative innovation of industry,university and research?It is of great significance for firm implement of the innovation-driven strategy in the new period by analyzing the process of cooperative innovation and evaluating and judging the influencing factors of innovation efficiency.Based on the concept of collaborative innovation of industry,university and research and related theories,this paper combines the survey data of the collaborative innovation of industry,university and research cooperation in F province,and uses the related analysis and multiple regression analysis methods to study the influencing factors,and then takes a quality inspection organization in F province as an example to analyze the current situation of its cooperative innovation with universities and enterprises.In the final part of the paper,the conclusion is summarized and future research topics are suggested.The research shows that collaborative intention,collaborative competence and innovation ability have significant positive impact on collaborative innovation performance,and innovation ability plays an intermediary role in the path of collaborative competence's influence on innovation performance.Therefore,in the development of regional innovation,enthusiasm and initiative of the participants should be brought into full play so as to enhance their willingness to cooperate and boost their collaborative competence and innovation ability as well as to eliminate the influence of adverse factors,and by this way,high efficient development of collaborative innovation of industry,university and research can be promoted.This paper analyzes the influencing factors of collaborative innovation of industry,university and research,innovation capability,synergy capability and collaborative desire can play a positive role in collaborative innovation performance,achievements of collaborative innovation of industry,university and research.Taking the case in F Province as an example,this paper deeply analyzes the influencing factors of the collaborative innovation of industry,university and research,and considers it from the perspective of the breakthrough of policy and mechanism.This puts forward some constructive suggestions for improving the output efficiency and the value transformation of knowledge production.The research in this paper can help the science and technology management departments and various organizations to know the influencing factors of the collaborative innovation of industry,university and research more deeply and comprehensively,and the countermeasures given here are of great reference value.
