Problems And Solutions In Performance Appraisal System Of Rural Basic Public Health Service

Basic public health service is an important part of promoting the equalization of public services in China and is an inevitable requirement for effectively improving the imbalance of medical and health development,promoting the development of public health undertakings.Currently,A public health development system,which suits to China's national conditions and actual conditions has been preliminarily established.The construction of infrastructure has been greatly improved,at the same time the level and quality of services have also been significantly improved.However,there is still a big gap between the development of basic public health services in rural areas and the needs and expectations from the people.As an important touchstone for promoting the development of basic public health in rural areas,the construction of rural basic public health performance appraisal system needs further standardization and improvement.This study is based on the analysis of basic public health theories,Taking H town of Taixing city as an example.the development status of basic public health services in H town is introduced.The problems of current H town in rural basic public health service has been also discussed,and made a detailed analysis of the causes,suggestions have been made to promote the rural clinic in basic public health services.provided some experience and reference for the improvement of the basic public health,improving the competitiveness of rural health work and promoting the rural health work in a well status.
