Research On Integrated Management System Of LC Company

With the information and economic globalization,trades between countries are getting closer than in the past.Trade cooperation between enterprises will no longer emphasis on the price but on the brand image and strength of the partner.Nowadays,in order to improve the competitiveness,excellent enterprises pay more attention to its management level and systems one after another.At present,the widely accepted management systems in the world are the ISO9000 and the Performance Excellence Model.There are relations and differences between the two systems.How to reach the standard? How to import the model? How to make the two systems work together? These are the problems that an enterprise has to face for sustainable development.The author firstly makes an introduction of Quality Management System and Performance Excellence Model,development of the two systems and relevant research.Then the author regards LC Company as the research objective and analyses the internal and external environment for the company in order to prove the importance,necessity and urgency of establishing the integrated QMS.Furthermore,the author records all the stages of implement process for establishing the QMS and lists the difficulties and innovative points that can be learned by others in the process of construction.By doing the research,the author explains that to establish the QMS for an enterprise is a long process without shortcut.Only by working together and improving all the time can an enterprise get success in the future.
