According to current research,The development of urbanization can promote the development of the national economy,And urbanization is the only way to modernize,it is the general grasp of accelerating industrial restructuring,and it is a strong support for promoting regional coordinated development.It is also an inevitable requirement for promoting overall social progress.However,with the advancement of traditional urbanization,problems such as traffic congestion,"semi-citizenization" and environmental pollution have become more and more serious.Therefore,in this context,China has proposed a new urbanization development strategy and formulated a series of documents and related issues.Planning,in order to promote the development of new urbanization,The academic community has conducted in-depth research on the influencing factors of the development of new urbanization.According to the existing research,the influencing factors of new urbanization include land use institutions,land intensive use benefits,etc.In order to promote the development of new urbanization and promote national economic progress,this paper starts with a new research perspective--the level of land marketization,and wants to find whether there is a mutual coupling and coordination relationship between them.Apart from this this paper also wants to find Whether the level of land marketization has a positive effect on new urbanization.In order to provide ideas and methods for improving the level of new urbanization in Wuhan,this paper analyzes and evaluates the coupling and coordination between Wuhan’s new urbanization level and land marketization level by means of literature search method,entropy weight method,actual-ideal price ratio measurement method and system analysis method,The following conclusions were drawn from the research:(1)The development level of new urbanization in Wuhan showed an upward trend during the period from 2003 to 2016.During the period of 2003-2010,the development rate of new urbanization in Wuhan was relatively slow,and there was a small increase from 2006 to 2007 and 2008 to 2009.The reason is that the concept of new urbanization development was proposed shortly,and it was accompanied by new industrialization,and it has not received enough attention.During the period of 2010-2016,the development level of new urbanization in Wuhan has been greatly improved.The reason may be that with the development of traditional urbanization,urban problems are becoming more and more prominent.Therefore,Wuhan promotes the development of urbanization in accordance with the guidance of the new urbanization concept.(2)The level of land marketization in Wuhan has been estimated to be more obvious during the period from 2003 to 2008.The reason is that during the period from 2003 to 2008,the state issued the relevant documents regulating the behavior of land market transfer,which made the transfer of the first-level land market in Wuhan more standardized,which made the land marketization level increase.However,in 2008-2016,there was a trend of declining volatility,Since 2008,although the level of land marketization in Wuhan has a rising trend in a short period of time,overall,it shows a trend of declining fluctuations,it is directly relateed to the high proportion of land transferred by way of allocation.Before 2008,the land was basically stabilized at around 20%by way of allocation,only more than 20%in 2004.However,since 2008,Wuhan has allocated more than 20%of the total land market by allocation of land.And the highest time reached 71.75%.(3)During the period of 2003-2016,the coupling degree of new urbanization and land marketization in Wuhan fluctuated between 0,8 and I and was in a good coupling stage.On the whole,from 2003 to 2016,except for 2007-2009,2015-2016,the development trend of the coupling degree in the remaining years is relatively stable.(4)From 2003 to 2016,the Coordination degree of new urbanization and land marketization in Wuhan fluctuated between 0.5 and 0.8,and the two fluctuated in the stage of coordinating development and intermediate coordination development.During the period from 2003 to 2016,the level of coordination between the two showed the downward trend in the four periods of 2005-2006,2008-2009,2011-2013,2015-2016,he rest of the year showed an upward trend.(5)According to the research,this paper finds that there is a strong coupling and coordination relationship between the new urbanization level and the land marketization level in Wuhan,Since 2013,the development level of land marketization in Wuhan has lagged behind its new urbanization level and delayed the development of new urbanization.Therefore,it is feasible to improve the level of new urbanization in Wuhan by improving the level of land marketization in Wuhan.
