Taihe Traditional Chinese Medicine Industry Research On The Poverty Alleviation In Supply Chain Finance

Since the Eighteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the Party Central Committee,with Comrade Xi Jinping as its core,has taken poverty alleviation as the bottom line task and landmark index for building a well-off society in an all-round way,and has made unprecedented efforts to promote it.With the perfection of socialist market economy system and the rapid development of agriculture,there are problems of mismatch between small-scale household management and large-scale socialized production.The quantity,quality and information of farmers' production are difficult to meet the needs of the market.The main reasons for poor households' poverty are lack of technology and funds.Agricultural product supply chain finance is conducive to the close and effective connection of various relevant stakeholders in the characteristic agricultural industry chain,and plays a positive role in promoting farmers to achieve poverty reduction and income increase.Therefore,it is necessary to focus on building the characteristic agricultural product supply chain finance to achieve poverty reduction of farmers.With the acceleration of economic integration and marketization,the development of supply chain finance for characteristic agricultural products in China has entered a new stage.The construction of supply chain finance for characteristic industries is more significant for the development of agriculture.In this paper,Taihe County,which regards Chinese medicinal materials as its characteristic industry,is taken as the research object.Through the research on the financing problems faced by the development of Chinese medicinal materials industry in Taihe County,it is believed that building the supply chain finance of Chinese medicinal materials industry is an effective way to solve its financing.Then it analyses the current situation of financial poverty alleviation in Taihe County,and draws a conclusion that the establishment of Chinese medicine supply chain finance is conducive to the close and effective connection of various relevant stakeholders in the characteristic agricultural industry chain,transforming the single competition of single product,production organization and operation link into the overall competition of the whole supply chain operation system.At the same time,supply chain finance effectively incorporates individual and decentralized farmers into the supply chain of characteristic agricultural products,reduces their opportunity cost,transaction cost and logistics cost in production,promotes their income and value-added supply chain,and helps poor households out of poverty.Finally,the realization mechanism and promotion mechanism of farmers' integration into TCM supply chain finance are analyzed,and suggestions on how to steadily promote farmers' integration into TCM supply chain finance are put forward.Through exploring and analyzing the mode of developing Chinese herbal medicine supply chain finance in poverty-stricken areas of Taihe County and the positive effect of realizing precise poverty alleviation,this paper puts forward a new angle of poverty alleviation development in poverty-stricken areas,enriches the relevant theoretical research,and has a certain positive significance for innovating the management mechanism.
