Research On The Governmengt's Supervision Of Targeted Poverty Alleviation Based On Game Analysis

Poverty is a worldwide problem that still needs to be solved for the development of human society.In order to achieve the great goal of building a moderately prosperous society in all respects by 2020,China still has a long way to go in its anti-poverty task.In addition,limited by the traditional extensive poverty alleviation method,poverty alleviation focuses more on the regional level,leading to the deviation of poverty alleviation project goals and low accuracy.Therefore,the state proposes to carry out "targeted poverty alleviation",and how to achieve "excellent support" and "accurate support" has become an urgent problem to be solved by the industry and academia.Although scholars at home and abroad began to focus on theoretical analysis of the concept of targeted poverty alleviation in the past year,they mainly focused on the existing problems of targeted poverty alleviation,the path and countermeasures of targeted poverty alleviation,case analysis and other aspects,and the relevant research was still insufficient,especially the research on the supervision of targeted poverty alleviation by the government.In view of this,this paper comprehensively USES a variety of research methods,analyzes the development and research status of poverty alleviation at home and abroad,expounds the relevant theories and operation mechanism of targeted poverty alleviation,and first defines the concept of targeted poverty alleviation and targeted poverty alleviation supervision by the government.Secondly,based on the game theory,the game behavior results between the participants of targeted poverty alleviation are analyzed to clarify the damage to the effect of targeted poverty alleviation,so as to conduct a basic theoretical study on the reasons and necessity for the government to strengthen the supervision of targeted poverty alleviation.Thirdly,this paper studies the perspective and aspects of targeted poverty alleviation supervision work of the government,extracts indicators of targeted poverty alleviation supervision content of the government,and gives index weights on the basis of screening and testing,so as to build an indicator system of precise supervision content of the government and form a theoretical analysis model of precise supervision behavior of the government.Finally,corresponding countermeasures and Suggestions are put forward to strengthen and improve the government's targeted poverty alleviation supervision.The research shows that targeted poverty alleviation is a new way of poverty alleviation.It aims to achieve the goals of "helping the real poor" and "helping the real poor".It is a dynamic organic system composed of accurate identification,accurate assistance and accurate management.Its operation process involves many poverty alleviation participants,various poverty alleviation resources and other elements as well as many links.The effective operation of this huge system depends on the performance of each subsystem,each link and each participant's function.Therefore,because of the complexity of the precision system for poverty alleviation,each subsystem,each link,poverty alleviation and to participate in the coordination and integration between the main body is difficult to automatically,you need to analyze behavior of each participation main body,and through the effective planning,organization,coordination,control means to guide and supervision,to ensure that all kinds of precision resource for poverty alleviation,to give full play to the function and role of the project.It can be seen that,in order to implement targeted poverty alleviation policies and achieve the targeted poverty alleviation goals of "helping the real poor" and "real poverty alleviation",the government must strengthen the supervision of targeted poverty alleviation so as to avoid risks,achieve the maximum effect of poverty alleviation and achieve the goal of poverty alleviation.
