Research On The Transfer Of Rural Surplus Labor Of ZhongXiang In HuBei

The "three agriculture-related problems" have always been the focus of the CPC and China,and the transfer of rural surplus labor is the key to deal with such problems.With the implementation of urban and rural integration policies and the promotion of various transfer mechanisms,the transfer of rural surplus labor is gradually being a hot topic at present,and how to effectively transfer the large number of rural surplus labor force to promote the development of urbanization and how to promote farmers to increase their income are also becoming the main content and of significance for problems solving in China.Currently,there are more researches on the transfer of rural surplus labor in China,however,few of them have paid attention to the angle of county economy.The development of county economy is the core of China's economic development,and it is also the key to solve the problems of rural economy and "three agriculture-related problems".Therefore,this paper mainly studies the transfer of rural surplus labor force in Zhongxiang City,takes the present status analysis on Zhongxiang's rural surplus labor force transfer as the main line,to analyze the macroscopic problems from microcosmic analysis method and explore the transfer mode of rural surplus labor force and the matching countermeasures,which has certain universality and reference significance.The main content of the paper is able to be divided into five chapters: the first chapter is the introduction.This part briefly introduces the background and significance of the topic,determines the main content of the text,clarifies the research ideas and selects practical research methods.The second chapter is related concepts and domestic and foreign research reviews.This part introduces the concepts of rural surplus labor and the theoretical researches of domestic and foreign scholars,and provides the theoretical basis for the analysis below.The third chapter is the typical model of rural surplus labor transfer in China.This part analyzes the typical mode of rural surplus labor transfer in China and the new transfer mode,lays the foundation for practical analysis,and provides some guidance and reference for the countermeasures proposed in the final part.The fourth chapter is the analysis on the transfer of rural surplus labor in Zhongxiang City.This part includes the size of rural labor force,the characteristics of the transfer model and the problems that may encounter in the transfer of rural surplus labor.The fifth chapter is the factors affecting Zhongxiang City's rural surplus labor force transfer and the corresponding countermeasures.This part analyzes the factors affecting the transfer of rural surplus labor in Zhongxiang in terms of policy,natural resources,economy and personal factors.Based on the analysis basis of influencing factors,the paper further puts forward the model choice and policy suggestion to promote the transfer of rural surplus labor in Zhongxiang.
