Research On The Influence Of Regional Innovation Environment On The Collaborative Agglomeration Of Producer Service Industry And Manufacturing Industry

With the arrival of the knowledge economy era,innovation has gradually become the crucial factor for the development of era.The potential of regional economic development depends more and more on the improvement of innovation ability.Additionally,innovation ability is closely related to the development of regional innovation environment.Favorable regional innovation environment can attract and retain all kinds of mobile resources,not only providing continuous power for the development of regional economy but also gradually becoming an aspect that cannot be ignored in the selection of industrial location.At the same time,with the development of transformation and upgrading of China's manufacturing industry,co-agglomeration of producer services and manufacturing industry has become an effective way to improve the efficiency of regional resources utilization,promote the transformation and upgrading of regional industrial structure and realize green development.Therefore,from the perspective of regional innovation environment,this paper studies it's influenced mechanism and effect on the co-agglomeration between producer services and manufacturing industry in order to improve the level of collaborative agglomeration between producer services and manufacturing industry in China.It is of great theoretical and practical significance to explore a new way to transform and upgrade the regional industrial structure and to achieve regional sustainable development.This paper constructs a comprehensive evaluation index system of regional innovation environment from three aspects: the basic condition of regional innovation environment,the input of factors and the policy system.And through the sharing effect,agglomeration effect,diffusion effect and incentive effect four mechanisms,diffusion effect and incentive effect,are used to analyze the impact of regional innovation environment on the co-concentration of the two.Based on the relevant data of 31 provinces,municipalities and autonomous regions in China from 2006 to 2016,this paper evaluates and measures the level of development of regional innovation environment and the degree of co-concentration of the two regions in China,and establishes the panel data model through the establishment of the panel data model.This paper examines the influence of regional innovation environment on the synergy between producer services and manufacturing industries from the entire nation and different regions in the east and west.The regression results illustrate that,from the national point of view,there is a significant positive correlation between regional innovation environment and the degree of co-concentration between the two,and specifically to the east,the middle and the west.The influence degree and direction of regional innovation environment on producer services and manufacturing industry are different.Through theoretical analysis and empirical research,this paper believes that regional innovation environment can be promoted by three aspects,which included improving the basic conditions of regional innovation environment,strengthening the investment of the factors of regional innovation environment and improving the policy system of regional innovation environment.What's more,promote the co-agglomeration development of producer services and manufacturing industry,ultimately,promote the development and progress of the social economy of region.
