Research On The Influence Mechanism Of Entrepreneurial Passion On Entrepreneurial Performance From The Perspective Of Resource Acquisition

With the introduction and continuous expansion of policies to encourage entrepreneurship,a number of pioneering parks have been built across China to attract and accommodate talents for innovation and entrepreneurship,and the enthusiasm for entrepreneurship of various types of talents continues to rise.However,the success rate of entrepreneurship in China is still relatively low,and many entrepreneurs gradually lose their entrepreneurial passion in the process of entrepreneurship.Can entrepreneurial passion have a positive impact on entrepreneurial performance?How does entrepreneurial passion affect entrepreneurial performance?Is entrepreneurial passion influenced by other factors?All these problems need to be studied deeply and systematically.This study,from the emotional perspective of influencing the entrepreneurial process,divides entrepreneurial passion into two dimensions of harmonious passion and forced passion,focusing on the influence of dual entrepreneurial passion on entrepreneurial performance,introducing entrepreneurial resources to obtain this intermediary variable,and building "entrepreneurial passion-resource acquisition-entrepreneurial performance"the relationship between the model and mechanism of action,and explore the role of entrepreneurial risk perception and entrepreneurial motivation in it.This paper combines the research results of predecessors to design and compile a questionnaire,conduct a questionnaire survey on 142 entrepreneurs in Suzhou Pioneer Park,and use SPSS22.0 and AMOS22.0 to conduct exploratory factor analysis on 133 valid questionnaires recovered.Validation factor analysis and other reliability and validity tests were performed using hierarchical regression analysis and path analysis methods.The main conclusions of this study are as follows:(1)The passion for harmonious entrepreneurship and the passion for enforcing entrepreneurship all have a positive impact on entrepreneurial performance.(2)Both entrepreneurial passions positively affect the acquisition of asset resources and the acquisition of knowledge resources.The acquisition of both types of resources is positively affecting entrepreneurial performance.(3)Resource acquisition plays a mediating role between entrepreneurial passion and entrepreneurial performance.Specifically,asset resources play a partial intermediary role between the two,and knowledge resources play a full intermediary role between the two.(4)Risk perception plays a positive role in the relationship between entrepreneurial passion and entrepreneurial performance,while entrepreneurial motivation does not play a regulatory role.Finally,based on the research results,this paper proposes countermeasures to improve entrepreneurial performance from the aspects of entrepreneurial passion management and entrepreneurial resources acquisition.It has strong theoretical and practical value for achieving entrepreneurial growth by promoting entrepreneurial passion.
