In 2013,General Secretary Xi Jinping proposed the concept of “ precise poverty alleviation” for the first time,pointing out that the poverty alleviation problem was improved by high-efficiency poverty alleviation.The report of the 19 th National Congress called for“resolutely win the fight against poverty” and “ensure that under the current Chinese standards by 2020 ” The rural poor have been lifted out of poverty,and all the poverty-stricken counties have taken off their hats to solve the regional overall poverty and achieve poverty alleviation and poverty alleviation."As the key county for national poverty alleviation and development work,Huaiyang County of Zhoukou City is the first battlefield for poverty alleviation in Zhoukou City.Although Huaiyang County has formulated a series of practical and feasible policies based on the actual conditions of the county,it has achieved some remarkable results in the process of precision poverty alleviation practice,but there are still problems of increasing regional gap between the rich and the poor,and the poor people cannot accurately identify them.It is difficult to ensure the realization of poverty alleviation and poverty alleviation.Based on this,taking the research work of precision poverty alleviation in Huaiyang County,Zhoukou City,Henan Province as the research object,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the precision poverty alleviation work in Huaiyang County by means of literature research,interviews,investigation and research methods,and finds the investigation.The core problem of regional poverty lies in the contradiction between labor and labor production.Therefore,this paper combines poverty theory,poverty alleviation theory,various poverty alleviation standards and theories,such as participatory poverty alleviation theory,poverty intergenerational communication theory,poverty cycle theory,cooperative anti-poverty theory,etc.,and propose corresponding improvement measures.The specific research content includes four parts: defining relevant concepts and theoretical foundations;analyzing the current situation of rural poverty alleviation work in Huaiyang County;obtaining the problems and causes of rural poverty alleviation in Huaiyang County;and proposing measures to improve the precision poverty alleviation in Huaiyang County.The possible innovations of the research are as follows: First,a certain practical research has been carried out,based on the actual problems of Huaiyang County,based on the analysis of data and mining problems,in order to propose more practical solutions.Secondly,it proposes a complete solution to the problem of poverty alleviation in poverty-stricken counties,that is,the related issues of the main body of comprehensive research,and provides more targeted,comprehensive and enforceable program proposals,which is also different from the current academic field.Differentiation direction.
