In the context of the 21st century,which calls for new thinking,new consciousness,new knowledge and new technology,employees have changed from employees to creators,and employee creativity has become an important tool for enterprises to survive and develop in this unpredictable market.Research shows that territorial behavior can affect employees'creativity,but managers often turn a blind eye to territorial behavior that exists widely in organizations,ignoring its positive effects and lacking in avoiding negative effects.At present,the research on territorial behavior in the context of Chinese culture has not been systematized,and it still needs to be expanded and further studied by scholars.It is of great theoretical and practical significance to explore the influence mechanism of territorial behavior on employee creativity.Some scholars have analyzed employee creativity from multiple perspectives,but the relationship between territorial behavior and employee creativity is relatively minor,and the mechanism of action between them lacks expansion and improvement.Emotion is the regulator of individual perception,behavior and attitude,and team identity is the recognition of individual's team identity and team goal,and the resulting emotions belonging to the team will affect individual behavior mode.Therefore,this paper introduces team identity as a moderator variable to systematically analyze the influence of territorial behavior on employees'creativity and its mechanism.The specific research includes the following aspects:Firstly,based on the theories of territorial behavior,team identity and employee creativity,as well as relevant researches on the three,the relationship among the three is elaborated and logically reasoned,and the theoretical model of territorial behavior,employee creativity and team identity is constructed.Then,the relationship between territorial behavior and employee creativity was verified.The empirical results show that the identity-oriented labeling and reactive defense behaviors in territorial behaviors are positively correlated with employee creativity,while the control-oriented labeling and anticipatory defense behaviors are negatively correlated with employee creativity,but not significantly.Finally,the moderating effect of team identity on the relationship between territorial behavior and employee creativity is discussed.The empirical results show that team identity plays a positive regulating role in the relationship between identity-oriented marking behavior,anticipatory defensive behavior and reactive defensive behavior and employee creativity.This article integrated the territorial behavior,the relations between and among employees' creativity and group identity,adopt the way of questionnaire survey of 208 valid questionnaires for employees were recycled,using SPSS21.0 software for data processing,verify the territorial behavior and employee creativity and explore the relationship between the group identity between them.At the same time,this article also has the following management guiding significance:one is a comprehensive analysis of territorial behavior relationship between the four dimensions of employee creativity respectively,the exploration and conclusions provide a reference for managers to identify and use domain behavior,to enlarge the positive influence of territorial behavior,avoid its negative influence,favorable to activate individual,broaden the train of thought for enterprises to improve employees' creativity;Second,taking team identity as the moderating variable,the investigation of the positive effect of team identity is beneficial for managers to consciously cultivate team identity of employees in daily management,and provide greater innovation motivation for enterprises to win more development opportunities.
