Research On Current Situation,Problems And Countermeasures Of Production And Management Of Large Grain Producers In Wangjiang County

For more than 40 years of reform and opening up,especially since the 18th National Party Congress,China has adhered to the national food security strategy of "taking me as the mainstay,ensuring production capacity,modest import,and scientific and technological support",and the grain industry has developed rapidly.In recent years,the reform of the supply side of agriculture has continued to deepen,and a number of new agricultural management entities that conform to the national conditions and the laws governing the development of modern agriculture have emerged,which has injected new vitality into the intensive development of the grain industry.As a national commodity grain base county,Wangjiang County,the grain industry has developed steadily,but the development problems still exist,especially the production and operation of large grain farmers.Based on Wangjiang County,the national commodity grain base county,it is very necessary to carry out research on the internal development of the main grain production and production.Based on the related theories of household contract management system,scale economy theory and rural land transfer policy,this thesis is based on the comprehensive application of literature research method,chart analysis method,case analysis method and questionnaire survey method.In-depth research on the production and operation of large grain-growing households in the county,and research and analysis on the current status of large grain-growing households,the following conclusions are drawn:(1)The level of material and equipment for modern grain production needs to be improved.(2)Farmland water conservancy infrastructure is weak.(3)The production cost of grain production remains high.(4)Threats affected by natural disasters.(5)Problems such as the need to improve the level of social services need to be resolved.Based on this,in order to promote the sustainable development of the new agricultural business entity and the healthy development of the grain industry in Wangjiang County,the following development strategies are proposed:(1)Increase the production of food production equipment.Strengthen the construction of agricultural mechanization level and the construction of modern logistics storage equipment.(2)Strengthen the construction of farmland infrastructure.Focus on strengthening the construction of farmland water conservancy facilities,high-standard farmland construction and field planning and field road construction.(3)Actively develop food cooperatives,reduce costs and increase efficiency.In response to the problem of high cost of growing grain,we will actively develop cooperatives,expand production organizations,and reduce costs and increase efficiency.(4)Improve the policy of awarding large grain farmers.Improve the special reward policy for actual growers such as large grain growers.(5)Develop superior grain varieties and increase effective supply.(6)Vigorously develop grain processing enterprises and extend the industrial chain.(7)Increase financial support for large grain growers(8)Improve the level of social service for large grain growers.
