A Research On Blue Ocean Strategy Of Internet Wealth Management Of X Bank

With the development of Internet technology and information technology,the purchase of financial products and personal financial consultation on the Internet have become a part of ordinary people's daily life.With its trillions of market space,the Internet wealth management industry has become the target for all kinds of market players.At present,the main bodies in the market are mainly divided into three categories:wealth management platforms set up by financial institutions,wealth management platforms set up by entity giants or Internet giants,wealth management platforms set up by independent third-party platforms,and various wealth management platforms have launched market competition either for the middle class or for the general public.Based on Blue Ocean Strategy,this paper analyzes the operation,marketing strategy and risk control measures of "Big Money Dispenser" platform of Industrial Bank,points out the shortcomings of the existing competitive strategy of the platform,and draws the strategic canvas of the platform under the current competitive situation.Using Blue Ocean Strategy formulation method,a new target customer group was selected for the "Big Money Dispenser" platform,and a Four Actions framework was reconstructed,and a new strategic canvas was drawn for the Big Money Dispenser "platform based on the theoretical analysis results and the questionnaire survey conclusions.Using Blue Ocean Strategy implementation method,a strategy implementation plan was designed for the "Big Money Dispenser" platform in terms of organizational structure,marketing,production research,and risk management.In this way,we hope that the platform of " Big Money Dispenser " can stand out from the competition and create a strategic blue ocean.
