Innovation and entrepreneurship are the new engines for the current economic and social development.It has stimulated and nurtured tens of thousands of innovative entrepreneurial talents and has become an important strategic decision under the New Normal Economy in China.However,how do entrepreneurial talents acquire entrepreneurial spirit and master entrepreneurial skills? How can we effectively stimulate and nurture the growth of entrepreneurial talent?This research focuses on the theme of how nascent entrepreneurs learn entrepreneurial skills.It bases on the perspective of activity theory,adopts the means of narrative research,and selects five nascent entrepreneurs.This paper focuses on in-depth interview methods,supplements observations and physical collections,collects first-hand raw data,and constructs views on “events” and “meaning” from the perspective of “participants” with the help of “category-contents” narrative analysis model to interpret the first-hand raw data.The results of this study found that:(1)Due to the differences in previous experience and educational experience,the learning content of nascent entrepreneurs is different;(2)Due to the different use of tool resources such as books,online resources,languages,and teams,nascent entrepreneurs have different levels of understanding of knowledge;(3)"Critical events" in the entrepreneurial process can promote reflective learning by nascent entrepreneurs;(4)Nascent entrepreneurs achieve social learning through communication and cooperation among various departments and observations during the completion of their tasks;(5)Nascent entrepreneurs achieve the goal of exchanging learning through language and spontaneously coordinated actions among themselves or other stakeholders in the entrepreneurial community;(6)The process of how nascent entrepreneurs interpret explicit rules and implicit rules is an important aspect of nascent entrepreneurs' ability to develop entrepreneurial opportunities.Based on the research findings,this paper proposes some strategies to promote the entrepreneurial learning process of nascent entrepreneurs: Firstly,from the perspective of individualism,to enhance the “core motivation” of entrepreneurial learning for nascent entrepreneurs.We must first pay attention to the accumulation of “capital” and develop the awareness of independent learning;Then we must affirm the role of "empirical learning" and pay attention to the development of learning ability;at last,we must appropriately use tools(resources)to ensure the continuous learning.Secondly,from the perspective of socialism,to enhance the “drive-force” of entrepreneurial learning for nascent entrepreneurs.We must first make use of the community's cooperation and communication functions to enhance the team's ability to learn;then we must consider the allocation of national policy resources to improve the ability to learn rules;in the end,we must be good at perceiving the power of market culture and effectively make scientific decisions.Let nascent entrepreneurs learn and grow all the time.
