Causes And Countermeasures Of Villagers' Housing Construction In Planned Development Blocks

In the context of the acceleration of industrialization and urbanization.The progress and strength of the dismantling and development construction have been strengthened in various parts of the country on the basis of the compilation or revision of urban and rural construction planning and land use planning.Thus it has caused a series of problems and the crisis of public management in the building of rural villagers.Therefore,the dissertation took the behavior and policy of villagers' houses building in the village of Wan Tangas the main research object and it analyzed the current status,advantages and disadvantages of the existence of the related research at home and abroad.The concept of the planned development block and the villagers' houses building were defined;The villagers' housing policy,the removal process and the policy were released and the main theoretical basis for the application of the dissertation was put forward.On the basis of this,with the methods of qualitative research,comparative study and case study,this paper analyzes the behavior characteristics and problems of the villagers' building under the dual influence of the urban construction plan development expectation and the dual influence of the demolition policy expectation.Through the analysis of the logic behind the villagers' building,the game theory is used to draw a panoramic view of the relationship between the government led urbanization and the villagers' building,to construct a system of deductive route between the government and the villagers,and to explore the cause of the housing problems of the villagers in the planned development block.According to the enlightenment of public interest theory,game theory,public policy value theory,policy tool theory and other related theories,and the use for reference from the system of simulated demolition of Luotuo Street,the village construction mode of protective development of Suoyuan Village and Minghe ancient town,Chongqing land ticket system and other related experiences,the government's academic basis and specific countermeasures on the policy objectives,the choice of tools and the simple choice of government functions for the problems of villagers' housing construction were put forward.In order to provide a win-win solution for the development of the city and the interests of the villagers;In order to pave the way for economic development and to provide the experience for other areas.
