Enterprise Innovation Atmosphere,Knowledge Management Ability And Innovation Performance

The 21st century is the age of knowledge economy,innovation is the main theme leading economic development.Under the background of increasingly fierce market competition,enterprises,as the main body of innovation,in order to win in the competition,need to cultivate a good innovation atmosphere and knowledge management ability,so as to improve the innovation performance of enterprises.In order to carry out innovation activities smoothly,enterprises need not only to actively create an innovative atmosphere,but also to play a role in knowledge management ability,so as to help enterprises obtain higher innovation performance.The good innovation atmosphere of the enterprise is the precondition for the enterprise to obtain the competitive advantage,mainly with the organization system,the team cooperation,the reward orientation as the main characteristic,Knowledge management ability is divided into three aspects:knowledge acquisition ability,knowledge transformation ability and knowledge application ability,which is the key factor for enterprises to improve innovation ability and performance in the process of innovation.Therefore,it has certain research application value to study the relationship between enterprise innovation atmosphere,knowledge management ability and enterprise innovation performance.Based on this,after reading the relevant literature,the author first discusses the basic connotation of enterprise innovation atmosphere,knowledge management ability and innovation performance;secondly,deeply discusses the relationship between the three,then puts forward the relevant theoretical assumptions,and finally constructs the theoretical model after the correlation and regression analysis.This research has six parts in overall structure,the first part is introduction;the second part is literature review;the third part is research hypothesis and theoretical model;the fourth part is research design and pre-survey;the fifth part is empirical analysis;the sixth part is conclusion and countermeasure suggestion.This paper takes J province private enterprise as the sample object,obtains the related data through the questionnaire survey to 338 private enterprises in J province,uses the SPSS system software to carry on the empirical analysis,thus obtains the following conclusion:first,the enterprise innovation atmosphere has the remarkable positive influence to the knowledge management ability.Second,the organizational system of innovation atmosphere,team cooperation and reward orientation have significant positive correlation to enterprise innovation performance.Third,knowledge acquisition,knowledge transformation and knowledge application ability of knowledge management ability play a significant role in promoting enterprise innovation performance.Fourth,the ability of knowledge management in the enterprise innovation atmosphere to the enterprise innovation performance influence plays a partial mediating role.Based on the above empirical conclusions and the current situation of the development of private enterprises in J province,this study puts forward the management enlightenment and related suggestions to improve the innovation performance of enterprises from the perspective of government and enterprises.
