Research On The Coordinated Development Of Finance And Rural Revitalization In Shandong Province

The implementation of the rural revitalization strategy is a major deployment proposed by the party's 19 th National Congress report.It has epoch-making significance for solving the "three rural issues" and building a well-off society in an all-round way.Implementing the rural revitalization strategy requires a large amount of capital investment.It is difficult to meet the financial needs solely by relying on government finance,and financial support is urgently needed.The implementation of the rural revitalization strategy has also brought greater business development space for financial institutions.Studying the interaction between Shandong's financial development and rural revitalization strategy,and analyzing the mechanism of action between the two,it is helpful for the government to make scientific decisions and realize the coordinated development of Finance and rural revitalization.Firstly,the relationship between financial development and rural revitalization is theoretically analyzed,and the mechanism of mutual promotion between them is sorted out;secondly,summarizing the current situation of Shandong's financial and rural revitalization construction,using factor analysis to select and reflect the index system of financial development and rural revitalization and using the dynamic coordination model to analyze the coordination degree between financial development and rural revitalization in Shandong Province from 2003 to 2017.Finally,based on empirical results,it proposes countermeasures.The study finds that: From the time point of view,with the improvement of financial development and rural revitalization in Shandong Province,the coordination and interaction between the two is getting closer and closer.The coordinated and interactive development relationship between them can be divided into three stages: First,when financial development When the level of rural revitalization is low,the two are in a state of disorderly development,and the degree of coordination is negative.Second,the level of rural revitalization and construction is gradually improved,which in turn promotes financial development.The two are gradually transformed from uncoordinated development to basic coordinated development.Third,with the significant improvement in the level of development of finance and rural revitalization,the two are highly coordinated and mutually reinforcing.From the perspective of space,there is a big difference in the coordination degree between finance and rural revitalization in various cities of Shandong Province,and there is a big difference between the eastern and western regions.Based on empirical analysis,the following countermeasures and suggestions are proposed: giving full play to the role of policy-based financial institutions;accelerating financial innovation,improving the financial structure system;improving financial policy systems;and coordinating the development of urban-rural integration.
