| With the rapid development of economic in the information era,people have more income and are more willing to spend their precious time on leisure.Leisure has gradually become an important part of the daily life for most people.When people get off work or have vacation time,they always choose a variety of leisure activities to enrich their lives.Many people have come to realize the importance of leisure activities to maintain physical and mental health.Based on the Effort-Recovery Model and the Conservation of Resources Theory,this study is from the perspective of employees constructing a model of the impact of leisure activities on work well-being.On the basis of combing domestic and foreign literatures,a series of research hypotheses are proposed,which mainly study the direct effects of leisure activities on work well-being,reveal the mediating effect of relaxation experience on the leisure activities affecting work well-being,and the moderator effect of challenge-hindrance demand on the relaxation experience affecting work well-being.In order to verify the hypothesis,this paper adopts the more mature scale design questionnaires at home and abroad.We use the experience sampling methodology to carried out repeated measurement of 10 working days for white-collar workers.A total of 94 people completed the questionnaire validly and collected 940 valid questionnaires.In this paper,SPSS 22.0 and Mplus 7.4 are used to empirically test the data.The test results show that the reliability and validity of the scale meet the requirements,there is no common method bias problem,and the variables are descriptively analyzed,correlated analyzed,and the hypothesis is verified in cross-level analysis.The empirical findings reveal the relationship between daily leisure activities and daily work well-being.The empirical analysis shows that the activity of employees’ daily leisure activities affects the daily work well-being of employees positively and significantly;the daily leisure activities of employees affect the daily work well-being of employees through the mechanism of daily relaxation experience in the between-person level;daily challenge demand is a positive moderator between the daily relaxation experience and the daily work well-being,but the negative moderating effect of daily hindrance demand between the daily relaxation experience and the daily work well-being has not verified and it is verified as a positive moderator.According to the hypothesis test results,in order to enable employees to maintain a high level of work well-being,the managers of the company can help employees recover and guide employees to pay attention to the activity of leisure activities,provide relaxation experience training,provide a platform for relaxation experience,reasonably set work demand and create an organizational system and culture that stimulates autonomous motivation. |
